Happiness.

Today was such a good day. I live on anna maria island and we had sever thunder storms and rain all day and I loved it:) The rain is so calming, don't you agree? And then I had ballet tonight(I go monday-saturday) and it was such a good class! I really feel i'm improving and I wore a pretty, new leotard that I thought I actually looked okay in. It was wierd.
                                                                    So I stuck to my plan for today! I had-
                                  Yogurt(50)
                                    Dinner(250)
                                         Clementine(30)
                                                         I'm good with this intake and hoping tomorrow will be about the same.
                                                     Oh and that picture up there^. That's my beloved New York City Ballet:)
                                                    All of the dancers are so beautiful, I want to be just like them.
Oh and to reply to a few comments:
Miss Alisha- Yeah I feel like my parents are probably watching me a little more. But my mom understands that being a ballet dancer, I have to be skinnier than the normal person so I can actually get away with a little more that way. Also I know if she ever confronted me she would never make me go to one of those awful clinics or into the hopsital.
Peridot- Exactly how I feel! I especially like world history. I want to travel the world when i'm older and filthy rich:D(I can hope) Egypt is definately my number one.

Seven things about muah-
1. I LOVE ballet. My goal is to be in New York City Ballet but really, as long as i'm dancing i'll be happy.
2. I'm a complete and total foodie! I love cooking and baking. Sadly this does not go very well with my "lifestyle"
3. I love math! Oh and history. I guess you could say i'm a nerd?
4. After having a ballet career(hopefully) I want to either be a vet or a nutritionist. I know, I know pretty ironic, huh?
5. I love animals soo much! As I mentioned I would love to be a vet. I have 3 dogs and I love them to death:)
 6. I'm super paranoid about this blog. I'm really afraid someone I know is going to find this O_O
7. I have 3 older sisters. All of them had eating disorders and 2 of them were hospitalized for this. I don't know why were messed up. My mom is amazing and a nutritionist so we should be healthy right? It's really not her fault, it's our own.

Chicken Lettuce Wrap(100)

Input: 425 calories
Output: 450 calories
Written out it looks pretty good, but I just feel like I ate too much:(












So i've decided i'm going to start factoring in excercise to my daily total. I'm not going to count all the calories I burn at ballet because I really don't know how much it is:p I just know it's a lot. But i'm just going to count the extra calories I burn. I have a little love affair with my elliptical machine<3 It's so convienant to have it in my house.




Tomorrow i'm going to try to keep it as low as possible, so i'm planning on eating the following ONLY:
Yogurt(60)
Healthy Choice meal for dinner(240)
Clementine(30)
Total: 330
Hopefully i'll actually stick to that plan. I really feel like I can.
In case you haven't noticed yet i'm obsessed with yogurt. I eat those 60 calorie light and fit yogurts and they are totally scrumptious:D They really fill me up at only 60 calories a piece. The strawberry and banana ones are only 50:O

On starving

The more you starve, the easier it gets. Yesterdays intake:
Non-fat yogurt(50)
Turky burger (170) & beans(70)
Total: 300 calories
My weight was still 111 lbs but I expected that after the ice cream the night before.

Todays intake was:
Salad w/ a bit of chicken(about 150ish)
Chicken and Vegetables(300)
Pudding(60)
Total: 510 calories

So usually I don't like to eat a lot for lunch but I had to go to this luncheon for ballet and they made me eat. (Hence the salad w/ chicken) Hopefully there will be a little loss tomorrow but i've learned to not expect it. Before I found myself fighting to not eat but now, I just don't want to eat. It doesn't matter if i'm hungry, eating disgusts me now:) Oh and today I didn't get to weigh because I had to rush off to rehearsal for that luncheon and I don't like to weigh after I east lunch, you know?

Rules

Yesterday was going SO well. Then I had ice cream. What's wrong with me? It really wasn't a lot of ice cream, only about 200 calories, but still.
Sooo i've been inspired by OliviaLee to make a set of rules for this week.

  • Under 600 calories a day
  • No fattening foods
  • Only allowed a jell-o (10) or a pudding (60) as a snack after dinner.
  • 30 minutes on the eliptical after I get home from 3 hours at ballet.
This is not even that strict. I can definatly do this.

Thank you to my few followers:) I know i'm probably not very exciting but I really appreciate knowing there are people out there that care.

Happy National "Joe" Day

I love random holidays.

So today has been good, about 170 calories so far from a luna bar (160) and a jell-o(10). I'm going to express my love for jell-o. I mean come on, 10 calories? That's pretty darn cool in my book. Tonight i'm making thai chicken lettuce wraps with fake chicken and they are only going to be a maximum of 100 calories per wrap:D I love making my own low-calorie food! I was pretty excited today when I checked my blog and had 3 followers:D I know, I know it's really not a lot at all but im happy.

Today has been okay so far. Could have been worse but could have been a lot better.
So far i've had :
Pasta(220)
Cantaloupe(40)
Pudding(60)
I'll have to eat dinner tonight which will be beef and mashed potatoes(about 400). Can you say high calories? And gag, I don't even like beef. But i'll eat a little because if I don't my dad will be all suspicious and annoying.
Tomorrow will be a better day.

New:)

Hey everyone! So i'm new to blogger so please, please bear with me:]
I'm going to go by Skylar on here because i'm terrified of someone I know finding this blog:( My name obviously is not skylar but i've always loved that name so why not?

So i'm just going to get right into this with my info:D

Im 14, 5'8" and currently 111 lbs.
Im an extremely(emphasis on the extremelyy!!) serious ballet dancer and I love it more than I could ever explain! I guess you could say that's where my eating issues came from. I'm not going to go very deep into it right now but yeah. My current goal weight is about 106 but if I get down to that and i'm not happy with it, i'll go lower.

So I currently have no followers so I guess i'm just talking to myself? But pleassseee everyone follow me because i'm just that amazingly awesomee:)
